Dr. Terkildsen is a native of California and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining Lake Forest Pediatrics in 2004, he completed service as a pediatrician in the U.S. Navy at the Naval Hospital Great Lakes. During that time he was a clinical instructor of pediatrics at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School. Dr. Terkildsen is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He lives in Lake Bluff with his wife and two children.
