Our office hours will be limited on Monday, Memorial Day, May 29. Please note the following special office hours:
- Lake Bluff Office – Open for scheduled urgent care appointments only from 8 am – 12 pm. No morning walk-in Sick Call will be available. Call us at 8 am on Monday morning to make an urgent care appointment.
- Lindenhurst Office – Closed on Memorial Day
- Vernon Hills Office – Closed on Memorial Day
As always, our on-call provider is available for urgent matters 24 hours a day by phone at 847-295-1220.
