Self-Schedule Sick Illness Appointments

You can now conveniently self-schedule your child a WELL CHILD CHECK UP and SICK ILLNESS appointment online through our patient portal.
Click the Patient Portal link in the top right corner of our website.

Please make sure you are in the correct child’s portal if you have multiple kids in our practice.
You will be able to select the office location and the provider you want to schedule with.

These appointment slots are limited and not all same-day appointments will appear.
If you cannot find the time you need, please call our office.

WE ARE ONLY OFFERING SELF-SCHEDULED WELL CHILD CHECK UPS AND SICK ILLNESS APPOINTMENTS.

• Sick call is still available between 8–9 AM.
• If your child needs a medication follow-up, ADHD/mental health visit follow up, or an extended illness appointment, please call our office to schedule.
• If your child requires a extended Wellness exam, please call to schedule this appointment.
