We’re Upgrading How We Connect With You!

Lake Forest Pediatrics is excited to announce that beginning Wednesday, April 29th, we will be transitioning to a new, modern telecommunications platform — a significant technological upgrade that will improve how our team communicates and how we serve our patients and families.

As we move through this transition, there may be a brief adjustment period over the following days. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is fully prepared and committed to ensuring this upgrade is as seamless as possible.

Thank you for trusting us with your family’s care. We look forward to connecting with you better than ever.

Health for Kids. Help for Parents.

We’re here when you need us – 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Choosing a pediatrician for your family is one of the most important decisions you will make in your child’s life. We will be involved with your family at some of your most joyful times as well as some of your most difficult times. We will see you when you’ve just had a baby, when your toddler conquers potty training, when you’ve been up all night with a sick child, and when your teen is preparing for college. We will be a part of your family’s lives.

We are available 365 days a year – with medical professionals on call 24 hours a day – to provide the all-around care that your family deserves. Morning sick call care is available without an appointment.

Lake Forest Pediatrics is conveniently located in Lake Bluff, Lindenhurst, and Vernon Hills, IL. We provide a full range of medical services for all children from newborns to age 22. In addition to sick and well-child care, we also offer lactation counseling, annual sports and school physicals, and ADHD treatment.

Is My Child Growing Normally? Understanding Growth Charts

It’s one of the most common questions parents ask at pediatric visits: Is my child progressing and growing at normal rates? But seeing numbers plotted on a chart can sometimes raise more questions than answers. Understanding how child growth charts work and what they do (and don’t) mean can help ease worries and clarify when growth might need closer attention.
