Lindenhurst Office – Open in AM only, no Walk-In Sick Call, Phones Open 8am – 12pm
Vernon Hills Office – Closed
Saturday, July 4th
Lake Bluff Office – Open only for Urgent Care, Open in AM only, No Walk-In Sick Call, Phones Open 8am – 12pm
