For those families with Land of Lincoln Health insurance, changes are in the works.
As you may have heard, the health insurance plan is being taken over by the State of Illinois and may soon be closing. Affected families will be able to secure alternate insurance on the exchange via a special enrollment.
When you look at the available health insurance options, be sure to consider plans for which Lake Forest Pediatrics is a participating “in-network” provider. Please review your insurance options carefully, as many exchange-based plans do not include Lake Forest Pediatrics.
